BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Rumors of the demise of the Trump Store have been greatly exaggerated.
While the business recently announced that it was closing for good, the Trump Store didn’t close last Saturday. Instead, it’s extending its closure date for another week.
“Due to your amazing support, we’re staying open for two more weeks,” the store posted on Facebook on Feb. 1.
The Trump Store will remain open through Sunday, Feb. 15.
The store is offering “amazing deals” on all things Trump, including all shirts priced at $9.99 and below.
The store is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday through Saturday.
The Trump Store held its grand opening in February 2020, during President Donald Trump’s first term. It will wrap up business as the president enters the second year of his second term.
Owner Mike Domanico said he was trying to restock merchandise, especially a T-shirt with an Associated Press photo of Trump pumping his fist in the air and saying “Fight, Fight, Fight” as Secret Service agents try to rush him off the stage after an assassination attempt during an outdoor rally in Butler.
The Trump Store will continue its website and also participate in regional gun shows and other special events, its owner said.
