Pittsburgh Mayor Corey O’Connor talks 1-on-1 with Channel 11 on city’s snowstorm response

PITTSBURGH — Channel 11 did an exclusive, one-on-one sitdown with Pittsburgh Mayor Corey O’connor to discuss how the city handled last month’s major winter storm.

It was O’Connor’s first big snow response test since taking office.
