District 11 champ Nazareth squaring off with District One’s Council Rock South.
At 133, Nazareth’s Caleb Kosko rolls Council Rock’s Cody Riccadi. Kosko would go onto win by fall at 1:15.
At 215, Nazareth’s Brayden Zuercher sticks the pin on Samuel Persofsky a much needed 6 makes it 32-27 Nazareth.
But at 285, Council Rock South’s Matthew Scott keeps on moving forward. He scores a takedown that led to a tech fall which tied things at 32.
But Council Rock owned the tie breaker. They move on after the scores were adjusted, 33-32.
Bethlehem Catholic, clashing with District One champ Boyertown.
At 114, Boyertown’s Liam Vance lifts Beca’s Gino Bozzi and lands the mat return for 3. Vance would win by major decision, 10-0.
At 121, Beca’s Nico Emili adjusts position and sticks Carter Fogle with the pin at 3:13.
At 139, Beca’s Reef Dillard gets the snapdown on Liam Diamond and gets to the back. Dillard would win by tech fall, 20-1.
Beca moves on, 32-28. Connor Gillihan’s win at 285, the final bout, sealed it for the Hawks…
They face Franklin Regional in the semis Saturday morning at 10:30.
