EASTON, Pa.- Potential buyers are about to get their first crack at brand new luxury condominiums in Easton.
On Wednesday, the sales gallery associated with the seven-story Lynden building will open.
With less than 24 hours to go, Kevin Serfass and Matthias Fenstermacher of Serfass Construction were busy putting the finishing touches on the space at 16 Centre Square, which is just down the street from where the Lynden will rise at 101 S. Third St.

The gallery has a model unit that gives a taste of what the condos will look like, from the fixtures and appliances to a mock-up of the view from one of the upper-level penthouses. “The idea is, you feel like you’re walking into a hotel where you live,” said Fenstermacher. “That’s kind of the inspiration of the colors and materials we’re using. It’s just giving off that luxurious feel.”
Appointments must be booked in advance. According to Fenstermacher, as of Tuesday morning, over 160 showings were already on the schedule. “We’re booked out to mid-March at this point.”

The project was advanced by the Easton Planning Commission last week. In October, Easton City Council gave it a certificate of appropriateness. Serfass said they’re hoping to break ground in June, with the first units being available later in 2027.
The Lynden is a mixed-use building with more than 2,540 square feet of retail and commercial space on the first floor and 73 condominiums on the upper levels.
The condos are a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses. Prices start in the upper-$300,000 range for the smallest units. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse floor plan is the most expensive, with an offering price of $1.2 million. “We feel like there’s a price point for everybody,” Serfass said.

There’s currently a two-story building on the site that includes a Fidelity bank branch on the ground floor. Although that building will be razed, Fidelity will return to the new building as the first-floor tenant.Â
Fidelity will share the floor with the building’s lobby, gym, office space, and parking. 400 additional parking spots are being purchased in the deck that’s adjacent to the site.
More details are available on the Lynden’s website.Â
