Penn Highlands Healthcare Inc. convinced a federal court to dismiss a proposed Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act class suit over the healthcare system’s use of Google Analytics.

The plaintiffs had the burden to plausibly allege that Penn Highlands intercepted their communications when they used its website, and they failed to here, Judge Stephanie L. Haines of the US District Court for Western District of Pennsylvania said, dismissing the case without prejudice.
