Salem Media Group is reshaping its leadership structure in Pittsburgh with two executive appointments aimed at accelerating growth across radio and digital platforms.

The company has promoted Jason Mosher to Regional General Manager with oversight of the Pittsburgh market in addition to Atlanta, while naming Pittsburgh native Dave Cuddihy as General Sales Manager for Salem’s Pittsburgh radio and digital operations.

Cuddihy will lead local advertising sales and business development for Salem’s Pittsburgh portfolio, which includes Christian talk outlet WORD-FM (101.5), conservative talk WPGP-AM “The Answer” (1250), and WPIT-AM (730), along with Salem Surround, the company’s digital marketing division. He most recently served as Publisher of the “Latrobe Bulletin” and “Ligonier Echo” in Westmoreland County and brings more than 20 years of media and advertising leadership experience, along with longstanding relationships throughout the Pittsburgh business community.

Salem President of Broadcast Media Allen Power says the combination of Mosher’s corporate leadership and Cuddihy’s local expertise positions the company for expanded advertiser engagement. “We are excited to combine Jason’s leadership track record at Salem with Dave’s deep market knowledge of Pittsburgh,” Power said. “They are focused on growing our sales team in the market with a commitment to providing outcome-based solutions for advertisers.”

Cuddihy says Salem’s mix of broadcast and digital offerings was a key draw. “Pittsburgh has always been about relationships, work ethic, and trust,” he said. “Being from this area matters. Salem’s stations and digital portfolio allow us to reach deeply engaged Christian and conservative audiences while delivering modern marketing solutions that drive measurable results for our partners.”

Mosher, who is based in Salem’s Atlanta office, has been with the company for six years and was recently promoted from Regional Sales Director, where he led sales efforts across Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Cleveland. He brings more than two decades of broadcast leadership experience, including previous roles with iHeartMedia and CBS Radio.

“We are committed to growth in Pittsburgh,” Mosher said, adding that Salem plans to add media strategists locally as it continues to build out its market presence.
