EASTON, Pa. – The property management company behind The Marquis apartments is preleasing units for its second apartment community in downtown Easton.
City Center Residential announced today it is preleasing units in The Confluence, located at 140 S. 4th Street. Developers say the $70 million building will be the largest residential project in Easton’s history, followed by The Marquis.
The Confluence, named for the building’s stunning views of the junction of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, will welcome its first residents in May 2026.

With 274 apartments, the 6-story pet-friendly building features ground-floor retail space, attached and adjacent parking, and coworking space with private meeting rooms. Officials say high-end amenities include a pet spa and a top-floor lounge with an indoor firepit.
“The Confluence represents everything today’s residents are looking for—modern design, elevated amenities and a walkable downtown lifestyle,” said Tara Anthony, director of City Center Residential. “Like The Marquis, which is fully leased, this project reflects our commitment to creating places people genuinely want to call home.”
Designed by USA Architects, the 291,261-square-foot building offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with open gourmet kitchens and stainless-steel appliances.
