Downtown Easton’s newest apartment complex The Confluence is nearing completion, with the development now pre-leasing units ahead of a May 2026 opening.
According to a press release from developer City Center Residential, The Confluence will include 274 apartments in a six-story building, making it the largest residential project in Easton’s history. The $70 million development, located at 140 S. Fourth Street, is the company’s second apartment community in the city, following The Marquis.
Floor plans published on the Confluence website show monthly rents start at approximately $1,450 for studios, $1,720 for one-bedroom units, and $2,130 for two-bedroom units.
The press release states that the building will feature ground-floor retail space, attached and adjacent parking, coworking space, a pet spa and a top-floor lounge. Apartments are designed with open kitchens, stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers and other modern finishes.

The property will also offer controlled access, community-wide Wi-Fi, concierge services and on-site management.
The press release notes that the location places residents within walking distance of destinations such as the Easton Public Market, The State Theatre and downtown festivals. The building is also planned to host resident events, including social gatherings and volunteer opportunities.
North Star Construction built the development through a joint venture between City Center Group and Peron Development. It received final approval from the Easton Zoning Hearing Board on April 15, 2024, following feedback from the Historic District Commission and Planning Commission.
During the approval process, some residents raised concerns about parking, arguing that the number of proposed spaces would not match demand from tenants and visitors. Several downtown business owners expressed concern to the Easton Planning Commission that limited parking could affect customer access and potentially impact business.
