Governor Josh Shapiro will be at the Jefferson Education Society (JES) located at 3207 State Street for an evening of conversation centered on the New York Times bestselling book, “Where We Keep the Light: Stories from a Life of Service.”
Of “Where We Keep the Light,” the New York Times’ Katie Glueck writes, “Shapiro blends discussion of faith, fatherhood, and marriage with political talk, stories from his career, and accounts of how he experienced major recent events.” The latter includes the 2025 arson attack on the governor’s residence.
Pre-registration is required to attend this event. Registration can be found on the JES website or by calling (814) 459-8000. The event is free and open to the public. Following initial conversation there will be a book sale partnered with Werner Books & Coffee.
