Special Olympics Pennsylvania wraps up with awards ceremony

Special Olympics Pennsylvania came to an end on Thursday at Seven Springs Mountain Resort with a closing ceremony and awards.

The medals were handed out to the organizers earlier in the day to give to the athletes.

Thursday’s events included snowshoeing, alpine skiing, and snowboarding.

Over 400 Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes, coaches and volunteers participated in the games.
