OBITUARY
Ms. Cora E.K. “Katy” Boyer, 71, of Bernville Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home on February 10th, 2026. Born on June 22nd, 1954, at Otis Air Force Base in Bourne, Massachusetts, Katy was the beloved daughter of the late Wendell Neeb, Shirley I Neeb and stepfather Patrick Alfiero.
Katy dedicated her career as a Technical Service Specialist at Wells Fargo, where her professionalism and dedication left a lasting impression. Known for her impeccable sense of style, Katy had a true passion for fashion, and her love for clothing and shopping reflected her unique flair. She was also a great seamstress, creating beautiful garments with skill and care. Katy delighted in hanging with friends, dancing, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying drives in her sports cars. Her beloved cats brought her great joy throughout the years.
Katy shared many happy years with her longtime partner, David “Swamp” Feinauer, creating countless cherished memories filled with laughter and companionship. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tiffany K. Mosser, Reading; her son, Thomas K. Boyer, husband of Staci Boyer, Muhlenberg; and her sisters, Laurel Iannelli, wife of Michael Todd Iannelli, Morgantown, and Pamela Wade, wife of Patrick Wade, Pacific Grove, California. Katy’s grandchildren include Kenneth Boyer (fiancée of Jessica Weigel), Payton Boyer, and Miles Boyer. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Christina, Logan, and Weston Boyer.
Her vibrant spirit, sense of humor and infectious energy will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort and joy to all who loved her.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation and/or the SPCA of Berks County.
While the family will be holding private services, they invite friends and loved ones to join them in a Celebration of Life; Saturday, March 7th, 2026; at 1 p.m. at the 18th Ward Democratic Association in Reading.
