It was a night to shine and celebrate at the Zem Zem Shrine Club for Erie’s 9th Annual Night to Shine.
It was part of a worldwide celebration honoring people with special needs.
Hosted locally by Our Lady of Peace and sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, the prom-style event is part of a global movement taking place in more than 1,000 cities across 62 countries.
