The store differentiates itself by offering unlimited access to its entire menu for a single price: $18.99 for lunch and $28.99 for dinner, with a drink added for $2.69.

Kanpai describes itself as a “high‑end modern sushi bar,” with dishes made to order and “served in paced rounds.”

Its offerings include a variety of cold and hot appetizers with sushi bar staples like yakitori, gyoza and crab rangoon, as well as some elevated offerings like an ahi tuna tower and black pepper tuna tataki.

A comprehensive sushi selection includes everything from classic and signature rolls to hand rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

Its dinner menu also boasts a smattering of noodle and rice dishes, including hibachi, udon, soba and more.

Kanpai’s website showcases a menu and décor defined by what it calls “premium selections, warm hospitality, and a dining room dressed in black with a crimson touch.”

It opened officially on Jan. 26, according to its Facebook page.

Reception of the restaurant has been almost entirely positive, according to Google reviews.

Customers on Google said they appreciated Kanpai’s pricing and all-you-can-eat model and had praise for the shop’s flavors and the quality of the sushi.

Kanpai Sushi management declined a request for an interview.

The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
