Police are looking for a man who they said shot another man twice following an argument in North Philadelphia on Saturday evening.

The shooting occurred outside a convenience store at around 5:45 p.m. at the 200 block of West Wensley Street in North Philadelphia, police said.

The victim, a 40-year-old man, was shot twice in the stomach and is in stable condition at the hospital, police said.

Police said they believe both men were armed with handguns during the argument, but the details around what exactly led to the man getting shot twice are not clear at this time.

The shooter was last seen wearing all black, white sneakers, a black cap and has a small goatee, police said.
