Pittsburgh police are investigating after a man was stabbed multiple times overnight in the city’s Market Square area. Police were called to Forbes Avenue just after midnight for reports of a man lying unresponsive in the middle of the street. According to officers, the man had been stabbed multiple times in the head and lower back. The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, but has since been upgraded to stable condition as of the last update from officials. Police are now looking for two suspects who allegedly drove away from the area in a dark-colored SUV. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
