READING, Pa. – The Reading Fightin Phils, Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, announced Sunday they will play as the Reading Iced Coffees for the 23rd Annual Morning Game on Tuesday, August 25.

According to the announcement on MILB’s website, first pitch is scheduled for 11 a.m. against the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets.

Officials say the R-Phils will continue their popular morning-game breakfast tradition after playing as the fan-favorite Cream Chipped Beef in 2024 and Flapjacks in 2025. Reading Iced Coffees merchandise is on sale now in the Fightin Phils Team Store.

Additionally, the website says the first 2,000 adults through the gates will receive a Reading Iced Coffees hat, courtesy of Reading Hospital. The game will also feature a Business Person Special, presented by Stratix Systems. Businesses are encouraged to book their group outing now at rphils.com/groups to secure the best available seating.

The team says August 25 will also include a special “Brunch Time” Beer Tasting Festival, featuring craft beer, wine, seltzers, and more from partner breweries on the Moyer Auto Group Deck. For $44, fans can enjoy the tasting festival along with a two-and-a-half-hour all-you-can-eat buffet. Tickets for the Tasting Festival are on sale now and can be purchased HERE.

According to the announcement, fans can also enjoy a pre-game stroll around the warning track beginning at 10 a.m. Gates to the Diamond Credit Union Plaza open at 9 a.m., featuring a pre-game concert and happy hour, including $1 off beer, courtesy of Rusty Rail Brewing Company. Officials say a post-game concert and happy hour will follow the game as well. Additionally, active military members and veterans can receive $3 off box seats.
