The Eagles are expected to name former passing game coordinator Parks Frazier as their new quarterbacks coach, Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reported on Monday.

Frazier, 34, was hired by the Eagles in 2025 as their passing game coordinator after stints with the Dolphins, Panthers and Colts. Frazier was on Frank Reich’s staff in Indianapolis during Nick Sirianni’s three years as offensive coordinator.

This offseason, the Eagles moved on from former offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo and hired 33-year-old Sean Mannion to take over as their OC. Then they hired Josh Grizzard, another finalist for the OC job, as their passing game coordinator.

Earlier this offseason, the Eagles reportedly interviewed Cardinals passing game specialists Connor Senger for the QBs coach position and were also linked to veteran NFL coach Greg Olson for the job. But ultimately, it looks like the Eagles have found their next QBs coach internally.

Last week, we learned that Frazier was staying on staff and now we know the role he’s taking. Here’s an updated look at the Eagles’ offensive coaching staff, which is likely close to being finalized:

Offensive coordinator: Sean Mannion
Passing game coordinator: Josh Grizzard
Quarterbacks: Parks Frazier
TEs/run game coordinator: Ryan Mahaffey
Offensive line: Chris Kuper
RBs/assistant head coach: Jemal Singleton
Wide receivers: Aaron Moorehead

The Eagles’ offensive staff in 2026 will be a blend of holdover coaches and new coaches with ties to Mannion and the offensive system he will run in Philadelphia.

Frazier will become Jalen Hurts’ sixth quarterbacks coach during his NFL career, following Press Taylor (2020), Brian Johnson (2021-22), Alex Tanney (2023), Doug Nussmeier (2024) and Scot Loeffler (2025). While Frazier is going to be the QBs coach, expect new OC Mannion to spend a lot of time with the quarterbacks.

Mannion is a former NFL quarterback with a long history at the position. The QBs coach will run that meeting room but it seems likely that Mannion will be heavily involved.

Before joining the Eagles in 2025, Frazier was an offensive assistant with the Dolphins in 2024 and a passing game coordinator with the Panthers. He was an assistant QBs coach with the Colts for a couple years before that and even became their interim OC during the 2022 season.
