OBITUARY
Rose M. (Berger) Dove, 78, of Bethel, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026 at home surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Larry W. Dove, with whom she would have shared 44 years of marriage on July 24th.
Rose, a daughter of the late Ralph and Helen (Rentschler) Berger, was born in Reading. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Tammara, wife of Gary Schaner, Donna Griffiths, and Tracy, wife of Travis Mason; nine grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Moser; and four brothers, John, Claire, David, and Karl Berger.
She was a lifelong member of Bethel, Mt. Aetna, and Rehrersburg Fire Companies, and the Strausstown Rod and Gun Club.
She retired after over 30 years as a Realtor from Berkshire Hathaway, having started at Blue Mountain Realty.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, Feb. 20th, at Hill Funeral Home, 111 Godfrey St., Rehrersburg. A viewing will be held from 10-11:00 AM, Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Frieden’s Union Cemetery, Shartlesville.
