Barbara Ann Moyer
OBITUARY
Barbara Ann (Rhoda) Moyer, 89 of Pottsville, passed away peacefully at her home at Providence Place on September 4, 2025.
Born in Reading, November 27, 1935, she was the adored daughter of the late Richard and Anna Mae (Eisenhower) Rhoda.
Barbara was a graduate of Reading High School and worked as an executive secretary for decades at the Reading YMCA and later lived and worked “on the mountain” at South Mountain YMCA, Wernersville.
Barbie enjoyed 62 years of marriage to her “Ken”, Kenneth W Moyer who passed in 2019. She was also preceded in death by a half-brother, Forrest Kenneth Boyer and a beloved son-in-law, Richard L Tetley.
Barbara is survived by three daughters, Kimberly Tetley, Wyomissing, Debra Arruda, Pine Grove, and Leisha Rossi (David), Pine Grove, cherished grandchildren Amy Arruda, Jessica (Brad) Hammer, Laura Tetley and fiancé Dominik Adamczyk, Andrew Tetley, Matthew (Jenna) Rossi, Michael (Brittney) Rossi, Christopher Rossi, Luke Rossi and fiancée Stevie Voss, and Rachel Rossi, great grandchildren Connor Hammer and Sophie Rossi as well as cherished nieces, nephews, and friends who added to her grand life.
H.L Snyder Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements and burial will be private at her request.
