Erie police said a party was taking place on the early morning of Feb. 15 at a Schaper Avenue residence in the city when numerous gunshots were fired at it from AR-style rifles, with bullets striking the occupied house twice.
Investigators charge that one of the party’s attendees, who had reportedly left after getting into an argument, was one of the accused shooters.
