JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Two ordinances approving private club permits for Jonesboro restaurants were passed at Tuesday night’s Jonesboro City Council meeting.
The ordinances to give Monarca’s Mexican Restaurant and Walk-On’s Sports Bistreax private club permits passed their third reading at the Feb. 17 meeting and have gone into effect.
The ordinances passed their second readings on Feb. 3.
Private club permits allow restaurants in Craighead County to sell and serve alcohol.
