ALLENTOWN, Pa. – On Tuesday, the Parkland Board of School Directors voted to extend the contracts of the current superintendent, assistant superintendent, and chief financial officer for the next five years. 

Mark Madson, superintendent, Michelle Minotti, assistant superintendent, and Leslie Frisbie, chief financial officer, will begin the extensions of their contracts at the start of the next fiscal year on July 1, 2026, according to district officials. 

All three individuals were initially hired at various points in 2021.

We also recognize the immense importance and value of stable leadership, especially as we navigate the continued growth of our school district and upcoming construction projects.
