UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WPVI) — A Delaware County community is taking action amid a national immigration crackdown.
Council members in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania voted unanimously on Wednesday night to pass legislation that limits cooperation with federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The policy states local law enforcement officers must not engage in non-criminal immigration enforcement.
It comes nearly two weeks after hundreds of students at Upper Darby High School walked out of their classrooms to protest the actions of ICE.
