Since the program’s inception in 2017, 87 nonprofit professionals from more than 70 regional organizations have graduated from the program representing 10 counties. The program has created a network of high-performing individuals serving at nonprofit institutions, in addition to building an informal regional network of mentors and coaches for emerging nonprofit leaders.
