Rain and areas of fog will impact the morning commute on Friday. The WGAL News 8 Storm Team has declared it an Impact Morning until 9 a.m. as moderate to heavy rain moves across the region. Travel conditions: Watch for ponding and runoff, especially where snow cover remains. River conditions: We’re monitoring the rivers for possible ice jams. Fog/visibility: Patchy fog continues; Visibility may drop to a half mile in some areas, but it is not as dense as previous mornings. Stray showers: A cold front later Friday could bring a stray rain shower.
