A fire department in Venango County is warning residents of rising water levels and ice jam flooding. The Emlenton Fire Department said water levels rose significantly overnight and is quickly approaching River Avenue at multiple locations.Photos shared by the department show large chunks of ice on top of the river nearing homes.
