DOUGLAS HAS YET TO QUALIFY FOR THE BALLOT. STILLSON’S CAMPAIGN MANAGER SAID IN A STATEMENT TO NEWS EIGHT TODAY. THEY’RE CONFIDENT IN THE RACE, ADDING, QUOTE, CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIANS KNOW JANELLE IS A VOICE THEY CAN TRUST.
