Local nonprofit Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania will host a Mardi Gras–themed event to raise funds for street outreach services supporting people experiencing homelessness in Luzerne and Wyoming counties Tuesday night at Sabatini’s Bottle Shop & Bar in Exeter.
“Spring Into Hope” is the third annual fundraiser benefiting Give Hope, a program of VOAP that supports street outreach and rapid service navigation for people who are unsheltered.
The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at Sabatini’s, located at 1901 Wyoming Ave. Tickets, available at the door, are $30 and include all-you-can-eat pizza and three drink tickets, with a portion of each ticket supporting Give Hope. Advance tickets are available online at www.bit.ly/VOAPMardiGras2026. Sponsorship opportunities and bulk ticket sales are also available.
The evening will include a brief program featuring remarks from Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania leadership and the Give Hope outreach team, as well as a three-minute video highlighting the program’s impact in the region.
