At 11:05 on Jan. 20 Erie Police were notified of an assault at Harborcreek Youth Services. A juvenile victim had received a broken arm after staff member Anthony Thompson used a restraint on the victim.
Magisterial District Judge Lisa Ferrick filed the charges for this case.
