North Schuylkill 43, Bethlehem Catholic 36
Xavier McNally led the Spartans with 20 points on the way to a District 11 4A quarterfinal win against Bethlehem Catholic on Friday.
The Spartans advance to the district semifinals to take on Nortwestern on Tuesday at William Allen High School at 7:30 p.m.
Caden Mengel poured in seven points while Logan Damiter had five points and Jude Maziekas and Cam Kacilowicz each recorded four points.
Bethlehem Catholic was led by Parker McClary’s 12 points and Sammy Barona Jr’s nine points.

Pine Grove 36, Catasauqua 31
Hollyn Sampson led Pine Grove with 20 points on the way to a District 11 3A quarterfinal win against Catasauqua.
The Cardinals advance to the semifinals to take on Schuylkill Haven on Tuesday at Martz Hall at 6:30 p.m.
Callee Leffler and Meadow Umbenhauer each had six points for Pine Grove.
Hailey Jenkins led Catasauqua with 18 points.
Mahanoy Area 40, Executive Education 43
Executive Education hit a shot in the final minute to defeat Mahanoy Area in the District 11 3A quarterfinals.
The Raptors advance to the semifinals to take on Notre Dame-Green Pond on Tuesday at Catasauqua High School at 6 p.m.
Mariah Hargrove led Executive Education with 23 points while Savanna Henry added seven points.
Naomi Kowalick led Mahanoy Area with 15 points while Ella Connolly and Felicia Bro each scored 11. Kowalick hit four three-pointers while Bro, Carl and Connolly also hit three’s.
