SCRANTON, Pa. — Shaping the minds of the next generation, those interested in running for public office were offered a head start Saturday in Scranton.Â
Condron Sweda Advertising and the University of Scranton hosted ‘campaign school’ at the Scranton campus, a free half-day teaching event set to shape the minds of aspiring political candidates.
The three-hour event featured former U.S. Senator Bob Casey, Republican Commissioner Chris Chermak, and Democratic Commissioner Thom Welby.Â
Attendees participated in a workshop and received insight into running for office in the Keystone State.
