PennDOT maintenance crews will conduct road work at 18 locations throughout Northampton County from Feb. 23 through Feb. 27, with most projects causing lane restrictions during daytime hours.

The scheduled work includes pothole patching, drainage improvements, crack sealing and litter removal across multiple municipalities. Nearly all projects will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are subject to weather delays.

Several major routes will experience restrictions during the week. Route 33 North will have shoulder restrictions on Feb. 23 for litter removal between Routes 22 and 512 in Lower Nazareth, Palmer and Plainfield townships. The southbound lanes of Route 33 will face similar restrictions on Feb. 24 and 25.

Lane restrictions with flagging will affect multiple roads throughout the week. Starting Feb. 23, Airport Road in Hanover Township will have lane restrictions through Feb. 27 for crack sealing between Schoenersville Road and Mountain View Drive. High Street in Nazareth Borough will see pothole patching work with lane restrictions on Feb. 23 and 24.
