Pennsylvania State Police are now reporting a fatal accident that happened Thursday afternoon in Sparta Township in Crawford County.
They said 39 year-old Jonathan Cole of Corry lost control on a curve heading west on Sunback Road, ran off the road hitting a tree head on, then slamming into a second tree.
The victim was rushed to Corry Memorial Hospital where he later died.
