A 33-year-old woman died after being taken to a Bethlehem hospital, the Lehigh County Coroner announced on Sunday, Feb. 22.
Christin A. Reppert, of Allentown, was pronounced dead at 2:57 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20, in the Emergency Department at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Bethlehem, according to the coroner’s office.
An autopsy was completed on Saturday, Feb. 21. The cause of death remains pending the completion of forensic testing, the coroner said.
Reppert worked for Allied Universal Security Services and was originally from Bethlehem, according to her Facebook profile.
Her family and friends shared their heartbreak publicly following her death.
Her partner of nine years shared his grief.
“I still don’t know if this is real or what to say you were my everything my partner in adventure shenanigans and legos truly don’t know where to go from here or what to say or do only that I miss your smile and your need for all the cuddles before bed I keep waiting for you walk through the door and tell me goodnight but all I have now is all of our memories I’ll never stop loving you 9 years flew by but I was hoping for a hundred more with you,” he wrote.
“I’m not in a good mood right now, because I was heartbroken to hear the sad news. My little baby sister had passed away today. I’ll miss all the fun with her, bonding, driving to her favorite places and etc. Christin is blessed to have a loyal brother like me, who is her protector and knight in shining armor. I loved her with all my heart, ever since she was born. Rest in peace, Little Girl. Love you forever,” her brother wrote.
Her mother also posted a brief tribute, calling her “my beautiful angel” and adding she was “beyond words and heart broken.”
