Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and members of his administration are holding a 12:15 p.m. news conference to provide an update on the state’s preparations for the “potentially historic” winter storm set to impact the region.
Representatives of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, state police and PennDOT will be on hand.
