Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and members of his administration held a news conference Sunday afternoon to provide an update on the state’s preparations for the “potentially historic” winter storm set to impact the region.
Leaders of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, state police and PennDOT also gave updates.
