OUTAGES. WE’RE GOING TO CHECK IN ON THAT. WE’RE GOING TO GET TO REGINA AND REGINA. AND CHRISTINE, RIGHT NOW, OUR FORECAST TODAY STARTS OUT WITH A WINTER STORM WARNING STILL IN EFFECT FOR LANCASTER AND LEBANON COUNTIES. BUT A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FOR THE REST OF THE AREA AS THE SNOW WINDS DOWN. SO JUST BE CAUTIOUS THIS MORNING, ESPECIALLY ON ANY UNPLOWED ROADS. THEY ARE SLICK AND SLIPPERY. THE SNOW IS HEAVY AND WET. YOU WILL NEED EXTRA STOPPING DISTANCE AND TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION. BUT RIGHT NOW MOST OF THE SNOW IS STARTING TO WIND DOWN. I’M STILL SEEING SOME BRIGHTER RETURNS IN MIFFLIN COUNTY HERE. WE ALSO HAVE A COUPLE OF BRIGHT RETURNS AROUND SOUTH MOUNTAIN AND WAYNESBORO AND FRANKLIN COUNTY. ALSO SEEING SOME FLURRIES STILL FLYING IN YORK COUNTY WITH SOME LIGHTER SNOW IN QUARRYVILLE STRETCHING INTO THE SOUTHERN END OF LANCASTER COUNTY AND NORTH TOWARD CHERRY HILL AND DENVER. TEMPERATURE CHECK WE’RE IN THE 30S, WHICH WILL BODE WELL FOR CLEANING UP LATER TODAY. THE GOOD NEWS IS WE GET TO THE UPPER 30S FOR OUR HIGHS. THE BAD NEWS IS WE’RE GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE WIND, AND IT’S ALREADY PICKING UP TO 15 TO 25MPH SUSTAINED, DRIVING THOSE WIND CHILLS DOWN INTO THE LOW 20S IN SOME SPOTS. SO ALERT MORNING UNTIL THE SNOW GETS CLEANED UP AND THEN IMPACT FOR THAT WIND THIS AFTERNOON. I KNOW WE HAVE SOME POWER OUTAGES NOW, BUT THERE COULD BE ADDITIONAL OUTAGES DUE TO HEAVY WET BRANCHES FALLING ON LINES. AND, YOU KNOW, KIND OF STRESSING THOSE LINES BECAUSE THE SNOW IS JUST SO HEAVY AND WET AFT
