ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The snowstorm is impacting flights around the country.

At Lehigh Valley International Airport, plows could be seen clearing runways overnight to keep the airport open.

More than half of the flights departing from LVIA have been cancelled.

Meanwhile, airports in New York, D.C., and Philadelphia say nearly three-quarters of flights have been cancelled or delayed due to the storm.

A look at the FlightAware MiseryMap early Monday morning shows most of the East Coast is in the red.

Airport officials say passengers flying out Monday should check in with their airlines about delays and cancellations.
