CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA (WHP) — As the snowbands spin out of central Pennsylvania, several power outages are being reported across central Pennsylvania, according to a PPL power outage tracker.
The tracker shows that, as of 5;20 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, more than 2,100 outages have been reported in downtown Harrisburg. Those impacted should expect considerable delays in having their power restored, with the lights hopefully coming on by around 12:30 p.m.
Near Windsor Manor in Harrisburg, there are downed tree limbs on power wires, and around 80 customers have been impacted. Power is expected to be restored around 7:30 a.m.

Nearly 3,000 customers are without power in Dauphin County, and more than 1,600 people are in the dark in York County. In total, there are roughly 13,000 total outages reported in Pennsylvania.
