Mayor Eddie Morán says weather conditions have improved, roadways have been cleared and city crews will continue addressing remaining slick spots and localized snow accumulation.

Reading City Hall will remain closed Monday and will resume normal operating hours Tuesday.

Trash and recycling pickups will be delayed by one day this week.
