The Summit County Medical Examiner Office determined Pasquale, 24, had been beaten to death.
Shawnna’s sister, Rachel, said she relocated to the area about a month before the murder from Erie.
“I think this was her way to get out of Erie, start fresh, get a hotel, get a job, get a home, that’s what I’m thinking and I’m hoping,” said Rachel.
Price is being held on a $2 million bond at the Summit County Jail.
