The average cost of a gallon of gas is going up in Pennsylvania once again.
According to Triple-A, Pennsylvania’s average is $3.13 a gallon this morning, an increase of two cents over the last week and twelve cents over the last month.
Indiana County’s average this morning is $3.22 a gallon, the same as Armstrong County. Jefferson has the lowest average at $3.19, followed by Armstrong and Indiana, then Westmoreland at $3.26, Clearfield at $3.27 and Cambria is the highest at $3.30. The lowest average in the state is in Cameron County at $2.75 a gallon, while the highest is Greene at $3.36.
For Indiana, gas prices are hovering around $3.25 a gallon. In Homer City, the gas price wars continue, with Sheetz the most expensive at $3.35, Kwik-Fill at $3.09 and Accent Fuels at $2.89. In the Blairsville area, gas prices are between $3.37 and $3.39.
