While Erie’s 2026 Restaurant Week may have gotten off to a slow start, VisitErie said it ended with a bang.
This year’s Restaurant Week included 72 restaurants, including 18 new participants.

Several of the new restaurant owners said they were grateful they took part, with some even saying they gained new repeat customers.
VisitErie’s director of communications, Christine Temple, said this year’s success can be attributed to a number of things, including great price points.

“It’s been a great event, I would say every year it’s a success because we get more participating restaurants all the time, and word seems to be spreading exponentially,” said Temple. “With the help of Erie Restaurant Week, Lavery Brewery told us that January 2026 was one of their busiest Januaries ever.”
Temple said more than 6,400 specials were sold, which is a 10% increase from 2025.
