A man who was shoveling snow outside his office in Fishtown was hit by a wall of snow from a plow told NBC10 that he thinks the incident was no accident.
“He just blasted me,” said Jeff Hart. “If the car wasn’t next to me, I would have fell probably on my face.”
Two videos of the incident were shared with NBC10. One of them, which will air on our 11 p.m. newscast, showed the plow truck drive with its plow up, but it then dropped its plow down right before it drove past Hart.
Hart also said he saw the plow truck continue up his street, move its plow from right to left, and hit another person walking on the sidewalk.
