Sinai Sports Tots Open Gym provides full access to obstacles in the Ninja Gym in an unstructured format that is free from formal instruction. This free exploration time allows you and/or your kids to practice your favorite skills and obstacles from class, train a new obstacle with the assistance of our on-staff coach, or just come out and have some fun. Every athlete from beginners to advanced are encouraged to train and socialize together to foster a community.

This Open Gym provides full access to all obstacles in the ninja gym for individuals of all ages.

This is unstructured time for you to spend honing your ninja warrior and parkour/freerunning skills. 

All ages are allowed to train during this time. This is a great time for families to workout together! 

AGES: All ages – parents are responsible for supervision of their children 

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective immediately, parents are required to be on the floor supervising their children that are 7 yrs. of age and younger.
