The City of Warren Police Department are currently looking for Jazmin Moore, a 15-year-old individual who was last seen on Feb. 23 entering a black 4-door sedan.
Moore was last seen in the Lexington Ave Area and is suspected to be a runaway who is traveling to the Sharon area.
