The Shapiro administration is investing $3 million in the 2025-26 budget to provide free menstrual products to students in Pennsylvania schools.The Departments of Health and Education announced that the funding will be distributed to more than 750 districts, intermediate units, charter schools and career and technical schools.School funding allocations for the 2025-26 Feminine Hygiene Product Grant Program are available on the Pennsylvania Department of Health website.
