READING, Pa. – Tucked inside one of the galleries of the Reading Public Museum, you can travel the world from the Empire State Building in New York to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. You can even head to Shanghai and many more places to see some of the most spectacular buildings in the world — just in smaller versions.

It took a team of builders more than 2,000 hours and the builders used more than half a million Lego bricks to construct the masterpieces.

Not only the buildings, but some even have landscaping around them.

“They have trees over on that side and everything,” says Debbie Beidler who visited the museum with her niece.

They even have a supply here for people to exercise their own creativity.

Debbie Beidler and her niece spent part of the afternoon engaged in the exhibit. “I built a ballerina with a purse and then a lot of outfits,” says 9-year-old Emersyn Kuser.

“I like all the buildings and the ones that the people created are nice too,” says Beidler. “Just to see the kids’ imaginations.”

The exhibit will run until May 17th for anyone wanting to check it out or try their hand at building.
