While President Donald Trump’s State of the Union Address and Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger’s Democratic response differed on policy among other issues, both spoke positively on celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.
Steve Oler, who serves as the Erie County Advisory Committee Member for America250PA said celebrating the United States is something that can bring all of us together, regardless of political affiliation.
Oler explained that as we approach July 4, 2026, Erie County will offer many different events and attractions.
