OPENINGS:
The salon Jolley Beauty Co. announced it reopened Feb. 4 after it relocated from 1003 Chestnut St. in Emmaus to 21 E. Main St. in Macungie.
Selena’s Diner held a grand opening Feb. 5 at 242 W. Main St. in Kutztown, serving cheesesteak omelets, pancakes, eggs, bacon, French toast, sandwiches, burgers, macaroni and cheese bowls, chicken tenders and quesadillas. It previously operated as Letterman’s Diner, which closed Jan. 4.
Caring Hearts Clothing Closet and More held a grand opening Feb. 11 for its new location at 241 Lehigh Gap St. in Walnutport.
The Bacon Strip reopened Feb. 17 at 18 N. Second St. in Coplay, about a year after a fire forced it to close.
Wawa held a grand opening Feb. 26 at 3015 Lehigh St. in Allentown, where Brass Rail used to operate.
CLOSURES:
The Wicked Botanist announced it will close at 1133 Third St. in Whitehall Township.
Friendly Book Store announced it will close after roughly 85 years at 300 W. Broad St. in Quakertown.
The Hive crafts market closed at 27 E. Belvidere St. in Nazareth and Promenade Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township.
The furniture store Unclaimed Freight announced a closing sale at 2260 Industrial Drive in Bethlehem.
Decor Home Furniture & Mattresses announced a closing sale at 2178 W. Union Blvd. in Bethlehem.

OPENINGS:
Mr. Tacos opened Jan. 4 at 1601 W. Liberty St. in Allentown. The menu includes tacos, burritos, enchiladas, chilaquiles and quesadillas.
Jennifer’s Unique Boutique opened Jan. 16 at 16 N. Whiteoak St. in Kutztown.
Legends Cigar Bar held a grand opening Jan. 16 at 154 Northampton St. in Easton. It offers memberships, alcoholic beverages, cigars, appetizers, live music and private events.
Vera Cafe announced its soft opening for Jan. 17 at 237 Ferry St. in Easton.
Mariachi Mexican Grill & John’s Pizza will held a grand opening Jan. 19 at 8016 Route 873 in Washington Township, Lehigh County. It serves pizza, stromboli, sandwiches, tacos, chimichangas, quesadillas, burritos and nachos.
The Indo-Chinese restaurant Bharat Bistro held a soft reopening Jan. 21 inside the Palmer Park Mall in Palmer Township. Customers can order butter chicken, paneer, dosa, biryani and curry.
Katie’s Country Kitchen reopened Jan. 23 at 4804 Route 309 in North Whitehall Township. It offers burgers, seafood, platters, pasta, sandwiches and omelets.
The salon American Hairlines announced Jan. 24 that it has relocated from 74 W. Broad St. in Bethlehem to 1012 W. Broad St.
CLOSURES:
The sandwich restaurant Wiz Kidz permanently closed in mid-December at 751 Union Blvd. in Allentown and temporarily closed Jan. 3 at 65 E. Elizabeth Ave. in Bethlehem.
Staples closed Jan. 2 at the Whitehall Square shopping center at 2180 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township.
The Easton Public Market announced Jan. 2 that vendor More Than Q Barbecue Co. closed in Easton.
Radical Rations Restaurant announced on Jan. 2 its closure at 1213 Washington St. in Easton.
Retro Burger permanently closed at 1223 W. Broad St. in Bethlehem.
The Twisted & Dipped ice cream store closed at 446 Main St. in Bethlehem and will be replaced by a new office for Main Street Real Estate Group.
GameStop closed one of its stores Jan. 8 at the Trainer’s Corner shopping center at 210 N. West End Blvd. in Richland Township.
The Wicked Chef closed Jan. 30 at 279 Cetronia Road in South Whitehall Township.
The stationery store the paperbag closed its physical storefront Jan. 31 at The Shops at 3900 Hamilton in South Whitehall Township.
